Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & No-Show Policy A $25 booking fee is required to reserve your appointment. This fee is applied toward the cost of your service and is non-refundable. We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged a $25 late cancellation fee. Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will forfeit their booking fee and may be charged an additional $25 no-show fee. Appointments are reserved specifically for you, and late cancellations and no-shows prevent us from accommodating other clients. Thank you for respecting our time and scheduling policies.
